She has experience providing capacity strengthening support to organizations – conducting organizational capacity assessment and supporting them to address the identified gaps in safeguarding, finance and administration.

She has trained several civil society organizations, schools, hospitals and religious formation houses in Nigeria to put in place strong safeguarding policies & procedures, ensure processes are in place for the prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Sexual Harassment in the work place.
